Faith
We lead with conviction, gratitude, and a responsibility to steward every opportunity well.
About Culbertson
Built with purpose.
We are a Virginia civil contractor committed to developing people, stewarding opportunities, and performing work we can stand behind.
Our Story
Ownership close to the work.
Culbertson Contracting is led by co-owners Rachael and Joseph Culbertson.
They have built the company around a clear conviction: the way a business treats people and carries responsibility matters just as much as the work it produces. That conviction guides how Culbertson serves customers, leads its team, and approaches the jobsite.
Our leadership remains connected to field execution and company operations, giving customers direct accountability and a team invested in every outcome.

Our vision is to move mountains through faith, integrity, and excellence—shaping land and lives.
